A: Generally, ANG products have a 12-month (1-year) warranty. Under normal use conditions, malfunctions caused by quality issues related to product design, manufacturing, materials, or assembly are covered under the warranty.

A: Our gearboxes serve a wide range of industries, including textiles, food and beverage processing, chemicals, elevators & escalators, material handling, metallurgy, tobacco, environmental protection, and logistics.
Q6: How to deliver your products?
A: For sample orders, we ship by air. For bulk orders, we ship by sea or train. We have freight forwarders we've worked with for many years who can help us ship goods worldwide. You can also use your partner freight forwarder.

A: We are very flexible and can work with a wide range of Incoterms, including FOB, CFR (also known as CNF), CIF, FCA, DAP, and DDP, among others.
