Features
- Self-locking: This is one of its most significant advantages. Due to the typical use of worm gear drives, when the reduction ratio is large enough, friction creates a self-locking effect. This means that when power is off or the drive stops, the load can safely remain in any position without falling, eliminating the need for additional braking devices.
