• High reduction ratio and torque: A single stage can achieve a large reduction ratio from 9:1 to 87:1. The structure is very compact, allowing for the output of extremely high torque within a very small volume.
• High rigidity and high load capacity: The cycloidal gear and pin gear housing engage simultaneously with multiple teeth (theoretically, half of the teeth are in contact at the same time), resulting in extremely high load capacity, excellent resistance to overload and impact, and high rigidity.
• Long service life and reliable operation: The contact points utilize rolling friction, resulting in minimal wear and a long service life. The robust structure makes it suitable for harsh operating conditions.
