Hypoid Gearbox
Hypoid gearbox is a speed reducer that uses a hypoid gear pair with intersecting axes in space. Its core function is to achieve power reduction and transmission through a unique gear structure, differentiating it from ordinary cylindrical or bevel gear reducers. It combines the advantages of a large transmission ratio, high load capacity, and low noise, while also being compact and highly efficient. This makes it suitable for heavy-duty industrial or vehicle transmission applications where space is limited.

- High efficiency and torque: Due to the large contact area between the gear teeth and relatively low sliding friction, the transmission efficiency can typically reach over 95%, and it can transmit greater torque.
- Smooth and low-noise: The tooth surfaces mesh more smoothly, resulting in significantly lower vibration and noise compared to ordinary bevel gears, making them suitable for applications requiring low noise levels.
- Compact structure: The offset shaft design allows for a more compact layout, saving installation space. It can replace NMRV gear reducers.
