YZO Motor
The YZO series vibratory motor is an excitation source that combines the power source and the vibration source into one unit. The horizontal vibratory motor utilizes a set of adjustable eccentric blocks installed at both ends of the rotor shaft. The centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the shaft and eccentric blocks provides the excitation force. Vibratory motors offer advantages such as high excitation force utilization, low energy consumption, low noise, long service life, and stepless adjustment of the excitation force, making them convenient to use. They can be applied to various vibrating machinery, such as: vibratory crushers, vibratory screens, vibratory packaging machines, vibratory sand removers, vibratory molding machines, vibratory pile drivers, vibratory hoists, vibratory filling machines, and vibratory anti-clogging devices for silos, etc.
- Basic Configuration: Horizontal integrated design, fully enclosed casing, symmetrical adjustable eccentric blocks at both ends of the rotor shaft, common protection ratings of IP44/IP54/IP55, and insulation class typically B or F.
- Vibration Mechanism: When the motor is energized, the rotor rotates at high speed (commonly 2900 r/min, three-phase 380V/50Hz), and the centrifugal force generated by the eccentric blocks is converted into directional excitation force; adjusting the angle of the eccentric blocks allows for stepless adjustment of the excitation force, adapting to different material and equipment requirements.
- Power Characteristics: Power ranges from 0.12–7.5kW, and the excitation force range is suitable for small bin vibrators to large vibrating screens. It can be used individually or in combination with multiple units, flexibly matching production line layouts.
