It primarily uses 304 stainless steel, but 316L stainless steel can be used for applications requiring high corrosion resistance (such as strong acid and alkali environments). It can withstand long-term corrosion from acid and alkali solutions, salt spray, and food processing cleaning agents, meeting load requirements higher than conventional small motors while reliably operating in humid, corrosive, or high-hygiene environments.

 

 

 

• Corrosion-resistant and easy to clean: Key components such as the housing and end caps are made of 304 or 316L stainless steel, with a polished surface free of sanitary dead ends. They are resistant to acid and alkali solutions, salt spray, and food processing cleaning agents, making them suitable for frequent cleaning and meeting the hygiene standards of the food and pharmaceutical industries.
• High power adaptability: With a rated power of 0.37KW (approximately 0.5 horsepower), the 4-pole model has a rated torque of up to 2.44 N·m, and a short-term overload capacity of 1.5 to 2 times. It can handle medium-load drive requirements and can be directly combined with a gearbox to increase torque, meeting the power output needs of low-speed, heavy-load applications.
• High protection level: The protection level generally reaches IP65/IP66, and some food-grade models can reach IP69K, featuring waterproof, dustproof, and high-temperature and high-pressure washing resistance; the insulation class is mostly F-class, allowing a winding temperature rise of 155℃, making it suitable for harsh industrial environments such as humid and high-temperature conditions.
