Gearbox WPA 50

The ANJO WPA50 worm gear reducer is a single-stage right-angle transmission reduction device with a center distance of 50mm in the WP standard series. It follows the domestic general WP worm gear reducer industry manufacturing standards and is independently developed and mass-produced by ANJO Transmission Factory, which has 12 years of experience in transmission equipment R&D and production. It features four core advantages: small size, large speed ratio, self-locking, and low operating noise. It is specially designed for use with small motors of 0.06-1.5kW and is widely used in low-speed, high-torque transmission scenarios in light industrial automation.

 

- Right-angle interlaced transmission, compact structure

Input and output are perpendicularly aligned at 90°, requiring minimal installation space and highly adaptable to small production lines and stand-alone automated equipment.

 

- Single-stage high reduction ratio, stable transmission

Achieves full-range reduction from 10-60 in a single stage, eliminating the need for multi-stage gear stacking, resulting in fewer transmission components, lower failure rate, and operating noise of 62-67dB(A), with no impact or vibration.

 

- High versatility and flexible compatibility
