ZFB Motor

The ZFB is essentially an attached silo wall vibrator/anti-clogging device, using a vibrating motor as the core excitation source. It is specifically designed for preventing arching and clogging in silos and hoppers. Through high-frequency vibration, it eliminates material bridging and sticking to the silo walls, ensuring smooth material flow. It is a commonly used arch-breaking device in industrial warehousing and production lines. It is attached to the lower part of the silo and uses high-frequency vibration to activate the material and break up arches and wall adhesion. It is suitable for small and medium-sized steel silos/chutes, improving the efficiency of automated material feeding.

• Adjustable Excitation Force, Matching Material Conditions as Needed
