Inline Helical Gearbox
Inline helical gearbox is a type of geared motor widely used in industrial transmission applications. It integrates an electric motor with a helical gear reduction gearbox, with the input and output shafts aligned on the same central axis, ultimately providing stable power output.

- Compact structure, saving space: The volume is much smaller than that of off-axis (such as parallel shaft, right-angle shaft), making it suitable for scenarios with limited installation space.
- High transmission efficiency and low noise: The transmission efficiency can reach 90%-98% (spur gears are usually 85%-90%), resulting in less energy loss.
- High torque and strong load capacity: Multi-stage transmission design with multiple sets of helical gears, and the force distribution of helical gears is more reasonable, resulting in less gear wear and a longer service life.
