Bevel Geared Motor
Bevel Geared Motor is a modularly designed helical-bevel geared motor, belonging to the standardized and highly adaptable transmission equipment in the industrial transmission field. It combines the advantages of low noise and high efficiency of helical gear transmission with the 90° power steering function of bevel gear transmission. Through modular combination, it achieves flexible configuration of different power and reduction ratios, and is widely used in various industrial scenarios requiring low speed, high torque, and right-angle power output.

The combination of helical gears and bevel gears provides a comprehensive efficiency of 90% to 96%, far exceeding worm gear reducers; the large contact area of the spiral bevel gears results in low operating noise (typically ≤70dB) and no significant vibration, making it suitable for equipment requiring high stability.
● Flexible and diverse installation methods
Supports various installation forms including horizontal, vertical, flange, and foot mounting. The output shaft can be selected from solid shaft, hollow shaft, or spline shaft, and can also be equipped with accessories such as backstops and encoders to meet the connection and control requirements of different equipment.
● Convenient maintenance and strong versatility
The standardized modular design ensures high interchangeability of parts, and routine maintenance only requires regular lubrication; the sealing structure uses high-quality oil seals, and the protection level can reach IP65, making it suitable for humid and dusty industrial environments.
