Helical Bevel Gear Motor

Helical bevel gear motor is integrated transmission devices that combine helical gear and bevel gear reduction mechanisms. They consist of a drive motor and a two-stage (or multi-stage) gear reduction gearbox, which reduces output speed and increases output torque through gear meshing. This design is suitable for industrial applications with diverse requirements regarding installation space, transmission direction, and load capacity.

 

 

Changing the direction: This is the core function of bevel gears. It allows for flexible motor mounting, saving space and adapting to complex mechanical structures.

Smooth operation and low noise: The helical meshing of helical gears results in a continuous and smooth transmission process, with significantly less impact and vibration than straight gears, thus producing less noise during operation.

High load capacity and long lifespan: Helical gears have more teeth engaged simultaneously and a larger contact area between the teeth. Therefore, they can transmit greater torque, the stress on the gears is more evenly distributed, and wear is reduced, resulting in a longer service life.
