Q: Is slight heat generation of the 15HP motor normal?
A: Under industrial S1 continuous duty, a warm motor body is a normal physical phenomenon. This model is equipped with a Class F insulation system, which has high temperature resistance. As long as the motor body is not hot to the touch, has no burning smell, does not trip frequently, and does not vibrate abnormally, the full-load temperature rise is within the allowable range. If rapid heating occurs and the casing becomes extremely hot to the touch, it is most likely due to overload, unstable voltage, or blocked air ducts. Timely cleaning and maintenance will restore normal operation.
Q: How to solve the low-speed vibration problem of an 11KW motor under variable frequency operation?
A: Low-speed vibration is mostly caused by improper matching of ordinary frequency converter parameters and insufficient low-frequency torque compensation. This 15HP motor has a built-in frequency converter anti-harmonic structure.
